The normal Police Baton is available early on, and does say 60 Damage on its own. Well, there are only two Police Baton types in the whole game. The reason is because it is used on Police Batons. It is usually considered just an early game helper. There is a blueprint available at the beginnng of the game if you have either the season pass or the Enhanced Edition (which includes it).
Although any blueprint requires the necessary ingredients found and the right melee weapons to make it work powerfully. You also will get those DLC up front, so probably can use the blueprints right away. Think of them as sort of convenient sidegrades. You don't need those others I listed to be more powerful, they just provide more options. Yes, because the Enhanced Edition has all the key DLC in it.
(Long post, sorry, but I think this will help you understand the full decision)
So if you get it after the Enhanced Edition, you only have to pay for those 5 DLC, PLUS YOU GET THE SAME % DISCOUNT OFF THOSE REMAINING ONES, which saves money and is ideal. NOTE: The Anniversary Bundle has that ? next to it, that means YOU ONLY PAY FOR WHAT DLC PARTS YOU DON'T HAVE, which is the best bundle to get on Steam.
Vintage Gunslinger is cosmetic, but the Knife Skin seems to look great, the Sheriff Outfit looks unique, and the Buggy with Horns is thematic. See YouTube for some more details on that, if you like. Supposedly this fires a tad slower than say a Police Rifle, but is a bit more accurate, and the red dot helps for range and maybe has 2x scope effect. Gun Psycho colors a Marksman Rifle and gives it a red dot sight. White Death, I believe is only reskins of your weapons and buggy, no power improvement, cosmetic only. But many like it when they go Volatile Hunting, for flexibility, since it includes Lightning on it, which Volatiles don't like. Volatile Hunter includes several blueprints similar in power to the Angel Death Blueprint, available to put on more weapons, perhaps easier ingredients, perhaps less powerful on those earlier weapons. Of those, Harran Ranger includes the Best Bow in the game, slightly better than the Bozak Bow in power (but only slightly), and with a sideways view, and a more usable aim down the sights mode. It is just the 5 Bundles, as expected, we actually got the Crash Test Skin as well:Īre NOT INCLUDED in Enhanced Edition (which includes the Season Pass). There was a time it did not, which is a no longer meaningful historic term, which is why you see this odd phrasing.Īnyway Enhanced Versus Anniversary - I decided to see what was in the Anniversary Bundle that was not in mine by checking (I have no idea what the Anniversary EDITION is, only the Anniversary Bundle): I have the Enhanced Edition (the modern version of that term), and that as you say includes The Following.
